Piano/Keyboard Lessons
Learn to play piano using the Nashville Number System (Number System).
Most students leave their first lesson playing one or two songs in block chords. The pace for learning with children depends on their age and fine motor skill development.
If a student wants to learn to play using traditional music notation, I can help them get started, but may later refer them to another instructor. If, however, a student wants to play styles of music such as country, pop, worship, etc., I can teach them via the Number System.
My teaching method does not compromise or conflict with standard music theory.
Chart Writing
Reach out if you need charts written for your band's specific arrangements. I can write number or letter charts.
Read and Write Number Charts
Learn to read, play, and write charts using the Nashville Number System. The instruction is for anyone wanting to learn about number charts, not just keyboard players.
Purchase Charts
Number charts are for sale in the Wrightings Store. Charts are purchased through PayPal. You will receive a secure link to the file lasting 24 hours after the first download.
Events
Contact me if you need someone to play piano/keyboard for your event. I’ve played for a variety of events including weddings, holiday events, private Christmas parties, memorial services, birthday/anniversary celebrations, graduations, and corporate events. I can accompany in keys that work best with the vocal range of singers.
